Refund Policy

This policy summarizes when refunds are and are not available. It works together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern all firearm sales.

All Firearm Sales Are Final

All firearm sales are final and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted for any reason — including buyer’s remorse, failure to review listing details, compatibility issues, transfer denial or background check failure, or change of mind after purchase.

Cancelled or Incomplete Transfers

If a buyer refuses or fails to complete a transfer after an item has shipped or been made available for pickup:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions
  • Any refund is issued only after the item is returned and inspected, minus all applicable fees

Parts & Accessories

Parts are sold as-is and all sales are final. Please verify compatibility and the legality of an item in your state before purchasing — sales to restricted states will be cancelled.
