Shipping Policy

This policy summarizes how SDR Firearms processes and ships orders. It works together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern all firearm sales.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday during normal business hours
  • No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or federal holidays
  • Orders placed outside business days are processed the next business day

Firearm Shipments

  • All firearms ship only to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer
  • The buyer is responsible for selecting a valid FFL and ensuring it will accept the transfer
  • The receiving FFL completes the required background check and ATF Form 4473 before releasing the firearm

Fees & Carrier Delays

  • Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable
  • SDR Firearms is not responsible for carrier delays or FFL processing delays
  • Any FFL transfer, storage, or processing fees charged by the receiving dealer are the buyer’s responsibility

Local Pickup (Nevada Residents Only)

Nevada residents may arrange local pickup by appointment. Valid Nevada identification is required, and all background check and transfer paperwork must be completed at the time of pickup.
