Terms & Conditions

1. Legally Binding Agreement

All purchases constitute a legally binding agreement between the buyer and seller. By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms:

• They are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• They understand and agree to all listed terms
• They are acting in compliance with all firearm regulations applicable to their jurisdiction

2. All Sales Final Policy

All firearm sales are final and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Failure to review listing details
• Compatibility issues
• Transfer denial or background check failure
• Change of mind after purchase

3. Transfer & Inspection Policy (ATF Form 4473)

All firearm transfers must be completed through an FFL dealer or qualified local transfer (Nevada residents only). Buyer must inspect the firearm prior to completing ATF Form 4473 or final transfer paperwork. Once ATF Form 4473 is completed and the transfer is finalized, the firearm is considered:

• Fully inspected
• Accepted in full condition
• Legally owned by the buyer

No claims, refunds, or disputes will be accepted after transfer completion.

4. FFL Requirements

All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer unless eligible for approved local pickup. Buyer is responsible for:

• Selecting and providing a valid FFL dealer
• Ensuring the FFL is willing to receive and transfer the firearm
• Ensuring all required documentation is properly submitted

Failure to provide a valid FFL may result in cancellation with applicable fees.

5. Shipping & Processing Policy

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday during normal business hours
• No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or federal holidays
• Orders placed outside business days will be processed the next business day
• Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable
• Seller is not responsible for carrier delays or FFL processing delays

6. Local Pickup Policy (Nevada Only)

Local pickup is available for Nevada residents only, by appointment only. Requirements:

• Valid Nevada identification required
• Full compliance with all federal and state firearm laws
• Completion of required background check and transfer paperwork at time of pickup

Failure to complete transfer does not qualify for refund.

7. Refusal or Pre-Transfer Cancellation Policy

If a buyer refuses or fails to complete transfer prior to finalization:

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both directions
• Applies to any cancellation, refusal, or failure to complete transfer after shipment or availability for pickup
• Refunds (if applicable) are issued only after return and inspection, minus all fees

8. FFL Failure / Return-to-Sender Policy

If a firearm is refused by the receiving FFL, unable to be transferred, returned to sender, or not picked up within the FFL holding period, the buyer is responsible for:

• All outbound and return shipping costs
• Any FFL storage or transfer fees
• A 20% restocking fee

No refunds will be issued until the item is returned and inspected, less applicable deductions.

9. FFL Storage & Third-Party Fees

Buyer is solely responsible for any fees charged by receiving FFLs, including:

• Transfer fees
• Storage fees
• Administrative or processing fees
• Background check-related fees

These costs are non-refundable and outside seller control.

10. Buyer Inspection Responsibility

Buyer confirms that prior to purchase they have:

• Reviewed all listing photos
• Read the full product description
• Asked all necessary questions
• Verified compatibility and legal eligibility

No post-purchase claims will be accepted regarding overlooked information.

11. Payment Terms & Non-Payment

Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified in the listing. Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Non-paying bidder report
• Negative feedback
• Relisting and administrative fees

12. Chargeback Policy

By completing purchase, buyer agrees:

• No chargebacks will be initiated after transaction completion
• All disputes must be handled directly with the seller
• Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with full documentation, including tracking records, FFL transfer documentation, and signed ATF Form 4473 (when applicable)

13. Age & Legal Compliance Certification

Buyer certifies they meet all legal requirements to purchase firearms, including:

• Minimum age requirements (18+ for long guns, 21+ for handguns where applicable)
• Full legal eligibility under federal, state, and local law
• No prohibited status under any applicable regulations

14. Condition of Items

All firearms are sold as-is unless explicitly stated otherwise. Seller makes no warranties beyond those required by law.

15. Liability Disclaimer

Seller assumes no liability for:

• Misuse or improper handling of firearms
• Negligent storage or transportation
• Injury, damage, or loss after legal transfer
• Modifications made after transfer

Once transferred, all responsibility for the firearm rests solely with the buyer.

16. Agreement to Terms

By placing a bid or completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed in this policy.
